Pricing
Every blank shows its own price by size. Decoration is added per item:

Prices in CAD. HST/GST added at checkout based on your province. Shipping is $15.00 flat anywhere in Canada, free over $300.00.
Questions
What file should I upload for my logo?
A PNG with a transparent background is best. JPG, WEBP and SVG also work. If you only have a low-res image, upload it anyway and add a note at checkout — we'll get in touch if it needs cleanup.
Can I preview it before I pay?
Yes — the product page shows a live mockup as you drag your logo, pick the lettering style and type a name and number. Our team checks placement and scale on every order before printing.
How do names and numbers work?
Names go across the upper back, numbers below. Sleeve numbers repeat the back number. Choose a font and letter colour once per design; every player on a team order gets the same style.
How long does it take?
Most orders ship within 7–10 business days of payment. Team orders ship once the roster is paid. Need it for a tournament? Put the date in the order notes.
How do I pay by e-Transfer?
Choose Interac e-Transfer at checkout. You'll get a reference like RST-7K3M-2Q9X — send the total to orders@rostered.ca with that reference in the message. We match it (usually same business day) and email you when your order moves into production.
Do you ship outside Ontario?
Yes, anywhere in Canada. We're based in Cambridge, Ontario, and most of our teams are here, but the price is the same coast to coast.
Returns?
Decorated apparel is made for you and can't be resold, so we can't accept returns for size changes — check the size chart on each product. If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, email us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
